Massage, Sound
& Energy Healing
with Lindsey Marie Whited

About Me
I’m honored to hold space for others on their healing journey—supporting connection, nourishment, and the remembrance of the body’s innate wisdom. I am a licensed massage therapist, sound healer, embodiment guide, energy worker, and musician. For over eight years, I’ve practiced as a holistic healing arts practitioner, integrating bodywork, energy medicine, and sound to support transformation on every level.
My healing path began over two decades ago, during my sophomore year of college, when I first discovered yoga. At the time, I was beginning to recover from drug addiction and the aftermath of sexual assault—experiences that had led to debilitating anxiety and panic attacks. Yoga became a lifeline, helping me slowly rebuild trust in my body.
With continuous struggles throughout my twenties, I decided to deepen even further in my healing journey and moved to California in 2009. That season of life opened a doorway to self-healing and awakened in me a profound reverence for the body and the subtle world. Through connecting with my body, voice, nature, and spiritual community, I began to reconnect with parts of myself that had long been forgotten.
I’ve always felt attuned to the unseen—to emotion, energy, and spirit. As a child, music and the natural world were my refuge and my greatest teachers. That sensitivity has become the foundation of my work today: creating spaces where others can slow down, feel deeply, and remember who they are beneath the noise of the world.

While in California, I immersed myself in trainings and experiences that helped shape my life’s work, rooted in group community healing, nature and ceremony, and rite of passage work. I also completed a formal Sound Healing Certification in San Francisco and later earned my massage therapy license in Cleveland, Ohio. In addition, I’ve pursued studies and certifications in craniosacral therapy, Reiki, Maya abdominal massage, trauma-informed care, prenatal massage, and fertility work. Each of these modalities honors the body’s natural intelligence and supports the sacred unfolding of the healing process.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to offer sound healing in a wide range of spaces—from women’s recovery programs to ecstatic dance events and healing retreats.
My approach to healing is not prescriptive. It’s intuitive, earth-rooted, and guided by the innate wisdom of the body. Whether I’m holding space in a one-on-one session or guiding a group experience, my intention is always to listen deeply and walk beside you with care.
I am currently offering one-on-one integrative healing sessions, group sound journeys, song circles and ecstatic dance events —all rooted in the belief that healing is a lifelong ritual of remembrance.
If you feel called to explore this work together, I’d be honored to connect.
