Booking Notes: - This booking is for a session at Power Yoga Collective in Beachwood/Orange or the Spiritual Life Society in Hudson. If you would like to book an in-home session instead, please select the “In-home Services” category in the service menu. For in-home sessions I see clients in the Akron and Cleveland Ohio areas. - All new clients must complete a free 15-minute consultation. Service Description: This session offers a deeply nourishing and restorative experience, designed to bring you back into alignment—physically, emotionally, and energetically. Grounded in presence and intention, each session begins by creating a safe, supportive space where you’re invited to release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your center. I intuitively weave together Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, sound healing, guided visualization, meditation, and breathwork based on your unique needs and intentions. These sessions are supportive for clearing emotional or energetic blockages, calming the nervous system, and gaining clarity during times of transition or challenge. Integrative energy healing helps restore a sense of balance, wholeness, and connection to your inner wisdom—leaving you feeling grounded, open-hearted, and empowered.
